Blahblah
I'm aware that Thyroid disorders are very common - especially with women that have mood disorders. Mine is tested on a regular basis and the TSH has ranged from 1-10. I seem to have symptoms (of increased fatigue and cold feet) around TSH level 3.5 or higher (yet many doctors claim this is perfectly healthy level). I've been told that if it's over 5, you are clinically Hypothyroid, but I've also heard that some people have "subclinical hypothyroid" and symptoms with TSH between 2-5...I'm curious if anyone here has a lot of experience with this? What TSH level do you aim for and where you feel best?
notloki
It depends on the lab and the equipment they use to measure it. On the lab report the ranges are listed for normal.
