Blahblah
I've been getting brain zaps the last 3 days. Must be due to the fact I stopped taking Trintillex. The Trintillex wasn't doing anything for me (good or bad) i didn't even have any side effects on it except for some allergic/skin itching/hives stuff. What is strange is that it's been over a full week since I stopped it, and the zaps just started. Anyway, does anyone know exactly what happens in the brain during brain zaps? How long do they usually last for you? I almost want another pill in order to stop the swooshing feeling!
Blahblah
I guess a better question is - is there anyway you have got rid of them? I take a multivitamin and Omega3s everyday and this doesn't seem to make a difference.
saintalto
I don't know why they happen, I got them from withdrawing from Effexor. My doctor gave me a withdrawal schedule but it was way to fast for me, so I was withdrawing off that stuff one granule at a time or the brain zaps hit me so hard. Blahblah
Yeah I was on Cymbalta which gave me terrible zaps. Trintillex has a long half-life, i probably should've tapered but i only had 20mg pills so I just started doing the every other day thing :-(
