Yuna
is this even possible? Can medication ruin a good nights sleep? Not insomnia exactly, more like just bad sleep. Does anyone know anything about this?
Alien Navel Cord
My Garmin fitness tracker shows me that my sleep each night is usually about 5 hours deep, and 2-3 hours light. You're actually supposed to get 1-3 deep and 5 hours light, according to an article that I read. So I think it is possible. No matter how much sleep I get, it feels like I don't get much. Except last night. Feels good! lol

notloki
A device you wear that tracks your fitness stats, like heart rate or blood pressure. Google "Garmin fitness tracker" for more info.

Eilatan
I think they do. My fitbit records hardly any deep sleep like not even an hour! No wonder I never feel rested
