bipolar meds interfering with sleep architecture?

My Garmin fitness tracker shows me that my sleep each night is usually about 5 hours deep, and 2-3 hours light. You're actually supposed to get 1-3 deep and 5 hours light, according to an article that I read. So I think it is possible. No matter how much sleep I get, it feels like I don't get much. Except last night. Feels good! lol
