Blahblah
I used to become really congested/allergy feelings when taking lower dose Seroquel and the same effect happened with Risperdol.. I think it has something to do with their effect on Histamine receptors. Now it is said that at very low doses, Seroquel acts primarily as a histamine receptor blocker (antihistamine) causing more drowsiness, and at higher doses, it affects different adrenergic system and serotonin/ dopamine receptors. I'm no pharmacologist, but maybe there's a link in this?
