missing time

Recommended Posts

I'm been doing the whole "dream state" thing for awhile.

I almost always know i'm not dreaming, where i am, ect.

But now i'm "missing" time.

I will make a note of time, like if I want to see a tv show,

but then it's 3 hours later.

I've read that DP always has intact reality testing.

anyone miss a piece of the reality testing, and still

have DP?

..im not quite sure what you mean...miss a piece of the reality testing? I have schizophrenia and depersonalization as a part of it, so i guess my reality testing is not in tact.

I have problems with time too. It's been this way for the last 3 years. I feel like i skipped ahead 3 years of my life. Time is always going by so quickly, i can't keep up. I don't have a job or go to school at the moment. I don't do much of anything durring the day...just sit around, yet i feel like i don't have time for anything.

I have had times where i don't know if im dreaming or not. I have to sometimes ask myself if what im seeing, touching, and doing is real or is it a dream. And  I constantly confuse dreams i've had with real life.
