Latuda & Late/Missed Periods

Has anyone had issues with their menstrual cycle while taking Latuda?

I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar 2 and am on 60mg of Latuda daily. My period, which is usually very regular, has started to slow, to the point that this month I'm a week late (no, I'm not pregnant -- 4 kids and a tubal ligation). Not really a bothersome side effect (if it is one), but I'd like to be sure it's the Latuda and not something else.

Suspect Latuda is causing raised prolactin, a condition called hyperprolactinemia. Several AP's/AAP cause hyperprolactinemia.

Thank you for the info! Fortunately I have an appt with my pdoc very soon, so I'll bring this up.

I wonder if it can cause the opposite problem - I had my period and then 2 weeks later I had it again and 2 weeks later again.???

My period is 7 days late and not coming. I found out it may be because latuda. I am taking latuda for 2 years and I never had this issue before. No I am not pregnant.
