dancesintherain
apologies in advance if I've posted on this before. It doesn't really stick in my head. So...I take 1.5mg of ativan at night. It has a 12-hour half life. I think that what that means is that when I wake up in the morning (and go through my day), I still have 0.75mg in my system. Is that accurate? gb84
If it has a 12 hour half-life, half of the dosage will be gone in 12 hours. So, 1.5mg 12 hours later, .75mg, then 12 hours later .375mg, and so on.. This is how I understand it... https://addictionresource.com/drugs/ativan/ativan-peak-concentration-and-duration/ Edited July 16, 2018 by gb84
