Sensation
I would like to know how it helped or didnt help. Also some tools I read online says try timing things you are doing to see how long it takes to get done. As of now I started to fill out a form at 11am and have only my name and signature completed. ldo
I took hours on a job application and cover letter today. JUST DID NOT WANT TO DO IT! The two coaches I sorta know are kinda flaky. One of them had one of the most obvious cases of ADD I've seen. But that makes her an expert.
Dweii
I've never tried a proffesional coach. But I do find it good to find people in my life that can help me organize my life. When I went to school I told a teacher about my ADHD and she was very supportive and helped me plan my work during the holidays. I told her I needed a very specific plan, including what I have to do, and when, and take small steps so I don't get overwhelmed. Breaking up big projects in smaller steps always helps. Unfortunately most teachers aren't that great at that kind of stuff. Oh, my mom is pretty good too.
