Persona_Is_Life
I'm not finding much on the internet but has anyone ever felt like their body is being pulled downward (as though gravity increased) and feel like you're going to fall? Or that the floor moved beneath you? I don't know what this is and I'd really like some answers. Thanks!

It's possible. I do take iron supplements and folic acid for anemia. I didn't know that could be a vertigo symptom. Things don't spin, it's like my center of gravity shifts, pulls down, or the floor itself spins. There's no visual disturbances. Thinking about it, I wonder if it's the beginnings of cataplexy. We were testing for narcolepsy at one point and lately I've been sleepy a lot (usually I just request an increase in my ADHD meds). Thanks.
