When are involuntary lip movements a concern?

Recommended Posts

I have been on varying dises of anti psychotics for 15 years. I also have dry mouth.  I am on a whole slew of meds.

i find myself moving and licking ,my lips sometimes, i don 't know if others notice,

i will ask pdoc when  i see him next month, but i thought maybe someone here would have input..

I agree that you should be seen by a doctor who has seen a lot of TD and can diagnose you. Sometimes we can have a fear like fear of TD and we become hyper-aware of every movement that we make and look to it for confirmation that we have that fear (TD). Your doctor can be objective plus he/she has seen TD before so knows what to look for.
