Kona
Hi. I was on quetiapine XR 300mg. For psychosis. Long story short now I use only my small intestine (bowel diversion surgery). So psychiatrist changed to instant release, 300mg at bedtime (extended release would not be absorbed now). My dose is now 350mg per day, taken at night, but psychiatrist did say I could take the 50mg in the morning and the remaining at night. Im not sure what to do now. I’m scared of getting restless legs again if I take the 50mg in the morning, but 350mg at night can be quite dangerous if I have to get out of bed (heavily sedated, fall over, etc). I also take venlafaxine (and others for physical health). Any advice or experiences please?

I needed a dose in the AM cuz if I took it all at night i would have symptoms reappear in the day
Garth
I takes 25mg at noon, 50mg at supper and 125 mg at bedtime. I feel relaxed in the morning and start to get anxious by noon. Some times I feel like I could take more at noon.
