ArtSavvySouthpaw
Hi there, I am new to these forums but not new to mental illness. PTSD and Bipolar type 1 and have taken a plethora of meds over the past 25-ish years. My newer pdoc has lowered my generic Seroquel to 200mg at night, down from 300mg and she has added a small dose of 20mg of Geodon to be taken at/with dinner, which I will be starting tomorrow. One of my concerns is the side effect of headaches with adding Geodon, although I am told this is a teeny baby dose. I was wondering if others have experienced headaches; perhaps I am concerned as I already get migraines about 4 or 5 times a month from a neurological condition I live with. Your thoughts? Iceberg
I actually have heard of it getting Rx’d as a well-down-the-line treatment for migraines However your right it happens- but with that low dose you can just stop if things get nasty

I guess it makes sense as it is a "mini-SNRI" after all.

Given, the person I’m thinking of was extremely treatment resistant so this was veryyyy deep in the bag
