krinkle1973
Would it be suitable to get prescribed stimulants to a person who had anxiety and insomnia? To help with day time fatigue and lack of motivation? Thanks
notloki
.It is possible but has to be done slowly and with care if you want to avoid reactivating the insomnia and/or anxiety. I have major insomnia yet am able to take a large dose of Adderall, 90 mg/day. as we very slowly built up to this dose over years. A low starting dose is required. The only way to know if it is suitable is to try it
sming
As per @notloki, yes. I have severe TR anxiety and don't find that Adderall worsens it at all, plus it gives me energy and alleviates my TRD. HTH.

Also if it’s aimed at day fatigue you might wanna try nuvigil/provigil
