How bad is the weight gain on Nardil?

I've never taken Nardil, but weight gain does seem to be a common side effect of it:

My mother took it for over a decade. It’s hard to tell conclusively, because she has BED, but I don’t think weight gain was a problem for her. It’s the only med that’s ever really worked for her, though she had to take breaks from it periodically, and when she was feeling better, she was able to control her weight.
