My Brain can't figure money out

So I'm struggling really bad paying for things like I'm supposed to not that I even have enough money to pay for anything but is there a way someone could be appointed my financial adviser or whatever I don't even know what to ask for. Someone who is in charge of my finances who can make sure that shitt gets paid on time
