Kids, don't try this at home...

Well, to tell the truth I itch to try this.

Sleep is just so much a part of the rapid cycling BP thing. (Hint: Too much / regular sleep is a one way ticket to deep depression hell for me.)

Too little sleep == killer headaches.

Little sleep equals coping with life, sometimes, too bouncy, sometimes bouts of very depressed, sometimes ecstatic.

So now comes along this idea...

Polyphasic Sleep

Polyphasic sleep (also known as the Uberman sleep schedule and Dymaxion Sleep) is a sleep pattern specification intended to compress sleep time to 2-5 hours daily. This is achieved by spreading out sleep into short (around 20-45 minute) naps throughout the day. This allows for more waking hours with relatively high alertness.

It's just so crazy an idea, it may solve all my problems.....

... or exacerbate them.

Anyone with any relevant knowledge or experience out there?
