Melancholya
I've been taking 100mg in the morning and then 50mg in the evening. Just now I accidentally took both doses because I'm sleepy and wasn't thinking about what I'm doing. I've never taken more than 100 in one dose. I'm guessing I should skip tonight's dose and go back to normal tomorrow? Having big anxiety about it.
jarn
I'm not a doctor, but that's what I would do. If it makes you feel better, I take all of my lamotrigine once a day, I don't divide the dose. I find I get effective coverage that way if you're concerned it will poop out?
dancesintherain
I take all 200mg at night, but I've taken it split before as well. I think the goal of not accidentally ending up at 300mg is a good plan.
Gearhead
You’ve already had all of today’s dose. Just go back to your normal schedule tomorrow.
mikl_pls
Ditto as to what everyone is saying about resuming your normal schedule tomorrow. Should be fine.

HydroCat
Recently my pdoc increased my Lamictal from 200 to 300. He said that it does matter if I split the dose or not, or if I take in at AM or PM, as long as the doses are far apart as they should be, i.e a day. Don't worry :)
