Sometimes a 7. Might have hit an 8..not sure though. I've been at 9 several times, also several 10's but without the hallucinations except auditory ones when younger. It is a useful scale. I've been giving myself 3's and 4's lately but without a formal definition as shown on the scale. My moods seem to make quantum leaps. mikl_pls
I have been a flat 0 lately, but tend to hover around 1 to 3, unless I manage to miraculously hit a 6 or ever so rarely a 7.
0112358
Thanks for sharing. I have one reservation about it - it seems to me like there's a massive jump from - at least - 3-4 and from 6-7... like they're missing a couple numbers in between. I'm also not so sure that "Feelings of panic and anxiety, concentration difficult and memory poor" counts as just mild depression. Not how it feels to me, anyways. Juniper29
Seems about right to me (the lower half of the scale - can't speak to the upper since I'm not bipolar). I'm usually bouncing between 2 and 4, with occasional dips lower or higher.
Banana Smurf
I never really realize when a mood episode is starting so I need to look at more things like this. I'm also bad at noticing the transitional stages like 7 and 6, 4 and 3 where self care and is really important.
