dancesintherain
Can I ask why you are so terrified of this one symptom?

Everybody is terrified of one symptom or the other. Like people are terrified about weight gain on zyprexa. clinic
I was reading a study. It says it is reversible in most cases. I think mild cases are reversible but not moderate or severe cases. We report, for the first time, that low-to-moderate adjunctive doses of aripiprazole can reverse gynecomastia associated with hyperprolactinemia caused by long-acting injectable antipsychotics.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3869609/
Banana Smurf
Fwiw, from a female who had enlarged and lactating beasts on invega, the size went down significantly on Latuda. They didn't go back to the original size but I'm still fatter, so I don't know if it's because of that.
Gearhead
Also female. I went up a cup size in a month on risperdal. Everything went back to normal when I stopped taking it.
notloki
Once prolactin drops things will return to normal size. If you are taking an AAP that raises prolactin, a small dose of Abilify will lower it. Abilify lowers prolactin.
